My favorite "hide the veggies" recipe or Runzas

Getting kids, especially K, to eat certain vegetables is not always easy..... LOVE love this recipe, I came up with when craving Runzas (its a nebraska thing, that most people dont know even exists)......
Start with 1 lb ground beef - put in skillet with about 1/2 cup water and 1/2 - 1 packet dry beefy onion soup mix. Mush it all up, doesn't look appetizing, but just trust me :)  I use my mix-n-chop from pampered chef.  Let me tell you this is my absolute favorite kitchen "toy"

Cook until browned.  Throw in 1/2 onion chopped and
are you ready  1/4-1/2 head of CABBAGE finely chopped, as fine as the onions

Season it up really good, I use garlic powder and pepper.  Let it cook until cabbage and onions are tender.  Drain all the juices off.  Turn the heat off. Then throw in a whole bag of shredded cheese (I never claimed to be a healthy cook lol)  Give it a stir.

Roll out grands biscuits into about a 5-6 inch circle.

Then put a spoonful of the meat stuff in there
Fold over and pinch the edges to seal - it will be a half moon shape.  Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes until nice and brown.

All I can say is YUM!  Not the prettiest meal I've ever made, but SO good!
